Job Summary We are seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow‑up care for residents in nursing homes and assisted living settings. You’ll be supported by a full‑time medical director, administrative staff, and outsourced billing services — so you can focus on patient care. Must have at least one year experience working as a Nurse Practitioner. Be willing and able to commute to long term care facilities. Experience with geriatric populations or interest in working with older adults. Compassionate, patient‑centered care philosophy. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
