Responsibilities Plan resource availability with local unions. Scheduling, coordination, and management of subcontractors. Assist General Foreman to schedule work, crews, tools, and equipment for efficiency and to minimize travel time. Want your work to make a difference in people’s lives. What it takes? Experience with Compressor Stations, Metering Stations & Pumping Stations. Electrical / Industrial Direct Field Experience. Ability to lead large field crews. Strong scheduling & manpower planning skills. Strong safety leadership mindset. Ability to update progress reports & forecast manpower. Basic computer skills. Strong communication skill set. Travel is a requirement. Experience working with the IBEW Union Halls & Referral Systems. Valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record.
