Project Manager/Program ManagerLocation: Pennington, NJDuration: FulltimeJob Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:Primary Skill: Project/Program ManagementSecondary: Scrum Master, Delivery LeadExperience: Minimum 7 yearsRoles & Responsibilities:Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivationLead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigationCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budgetAnalyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be metEstablish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changesEstablish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risksStructure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projectsDevelop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchersAssign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverablesReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work planStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProject management experience, particularly with Agile methodologiesUnderstanding of project planning, risk management, and quality assuranceAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
