$1591.20/week - Job Summary: Provide expert emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment as a travel RN. Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing services to stabilize and support patients through various medical emergencies. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions promptly upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and protocols. Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in clinical status effectively. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and emergency procedures. Qualifications: Hold an active RN license with at least 1 year of emergency department experience. Possess current TNCC certification. Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment, crisis management, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment during night shifts. Proven excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
