Agile Coach

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)Perform an assessment of current state SDLC.Create a roadmap plan for transforming the SDLC for the Pharmaserv Application Team into an agile, SAFe-based methodology.Provide coaching and mentoring during the pilot ReleaseTransition the continuous improvement of the new SDLC to the Operational Team.Help with JIRA setup for AgileGuiding teams into the Agile methodology, providing employees with feedback and means of improvement, catalyzing organizational growthHelp a team or individual adopt and improve agile methods and practice. A coach helps people rethink and change the way they go about development.Help team to be self-sufficient by the end of the coachingBasic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)Minimum 8+ years of experience in coaching team on Agile MethodologyMinimum 5+ years of experience transforming teams from Waterfall to AgileTravel: This position requires someone who can travel at least 80%.
