Occupational Therapist Beloit, WI Specialty: Rehab Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 52+ weeks Pay: $1628 - $1962 | Shift: 5x8 Days Are you a compassionate Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of your patients? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our healthcare partner in Beloit, WI. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy services to help patients improve their independence in daily living skills, all while adhering to state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Evaluating and treating patients per physician orders/referrals
- Developing and updating individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Documenting services accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervising COTAs in accordance with practice acts and facility policies
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and families
- Maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
- An active state OT license (or the ability to obtain one)
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
