Project Manager - Design-Build Construction

This position has full responsibility for project safety, financial performance, scheduling, design coordination, subcontractor management, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

? Manage projects from initial handoff through construction and closeout

? Maintain responsibility for project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and profitability

? Develop schedules and track procurement, milestones, and deadlines

? Coordinate clients, designers, field teams, vendors, and subcontractors

? Define scopes of work and oversee subcontractor performance

? Review drawings, specifications, and proposed designs

? Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates

? Identify risks and resolve potential issues before they affect the project

? Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards

? Travel to project sites as required

Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of construction project management experience, or an associate degree with 6–8 years of related experience

? Experience managing commercial, industrial, or technically complex construction projects

? Direct responsibility for project profit xhyhwjd and loss

? Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, and subcontractor management

? Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications

? Strong leadership, client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills

? Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore

? Cleanroom, life sciences, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or high-tech facility experience is preferred

? PMP certification is a plus
