HCRI is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist, PT / DPT to join established outpatient orthopedic clinics throughout California's East Bay. The greatest hiring need is within the Oakland clinics.

This position offers the opportunity to provide individualized, evidence-based care in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. Physical Therapists work with patient-centered schedules and have access to experienced clinical leadership, structured mentoring, and extensive continuing education resources.

The organization's customized EMR was developed specifically for its clinical teams, making documentation efficient and user-friendly.

PT Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide evidence-based treatment for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Establish patient-centered treatment schedules and clinical goals
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients on treatment, recovery, home exercises, and injury prevention
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with referring providers, clinical leadership, and support staff
• Maintain high standards for patient care, safety, and satisfaction

PT Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and treatment-planning skills
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continued professional development

PT Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $105,000$130,000, depending on experience
