About the Position

Job Title: Sonographer Profession: Sonographer Specialty: MFM/High Risk Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday through Friday Hours per Shift: 8 hours (0800-1630) Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience required License: Not specified Certifications: - BLS (AHA) - Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer OB/GYN via ARDMS Must-Have: - Strong Client skills - Nuchal translucency experience - Preferable MFM experience - Capable of working independently - Knowledge of EPIC and Viewpoint systems Description: The position is within the Radiology department focusing on MFM/High Risk. The clinic is equipped with 2 scanners. The role does not require floating to other areas. Common types of imaging/studies performed include BPP, growth assessments, and dating ultrasounds. Daily average of scans/studies would be 8-10. No IV starts are required for this role. There is no in-house radiologist available, but MFM specialists are accessible. Scrubs are provided in black color. The department will orient the new hire to workflows with support from a full-time technician. There are no weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements for this position.
