Responsibilities include: Lead and manage electrical crews of 5+ field employees Coordinate daily field activities, manpower, materials, and production Ensure electrical installations meet project drawings, specifications, and applicable codes Maintain project schedules and productivity expectations Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades Monitor workmanship and quality throughout installation Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving Mentor and develop electricians and field personnel What we're looking for Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license required Experience leading electrical crews of 5+ employees Strong background in large-scale electrical construction Experience with multifamily, commercial, data center, and/or hospitals/healthcare projects Healthcare and/or data center project experience is a plus Strong understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, and applicable codes Proven field leadership and communication skills OSHA 30 preferred; opportunity to obtain after joining Stable employment history preferred Motivated, collaborative, growth-oriented leadership style Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
