We're hiring an in-home BCBA in Houston for a locally owned, BCBA-led group that takes the clinical side seriously and looks after the people who deliver it. No private equity. No revolving door of leadership. Just a well-run organisation where the people at the top are accessible, present, and genuinely invested in getting it right.

The role In-home, North Houston. You'll be developing and delivering personalised treatment plans, running assessments, building behaviour intervention plans tailored to each child, and working closely with families as a consistent and trusted clinical presence. You'll supervise and develop your RBT team, supporting their growth alongside your clients'.

The day ends at four, every day.

Current BCBA certification and LBA licensure required. Master's degree required. Minimum two years ABA experience, early intervention experience preferred. CPR/AED or BLS certification required.
