Hutchinson Aerospace & Industry is looking for a Controller who wants more than a reporting role—you’ll be the financial leader driving performance, discipline, and strategic growth across our business. This role sits at the executive table and partners directly with the EVP to influence critical decisions, from CAPEX and pricing to operational efficiency and long‑term strategy . What You’ll Own Full control of financial operations: close, reporting, forecasting, and performance visibility Financial strategy, modeling, and business cases that drive investment decisions Cost structure, margins, and operational efficiency across the business Internal controls, audits, and compliance in a global corporate environment Leadership of Finance & IT teams What Sets You Apart You think like an operator, not just an accountant You challenge assumptions and drive accountability across the business You’re comfortable in a fast‑paced, complex, multi‑entity environment You’ve led through change—systems, structure, or performance turnaround Background 7–10+ years in finance leadership roles (manufacturing or aerospace/defense preferred) Strong command of FP&A, reporting, and cost accounting Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing decisions CPA/MBA and experience are strong advantages Exposure to global organizations; French or another European language is a plus Why This Role Direct impact on business performance and growth High visibility with executive leadership and global stakeholders Opportunity to shape financial and operational direction—not just report on it About Hutchinson Aerospace & Industry Inc.
