Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Durham, NC
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a rewarding OTR position with attractive pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes that provide outstanding mileage potential and performance bonuses. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving with well-maintained trucks and dependable earning prospects.
Home Time:
- Generally out 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight.
- We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week stints may happen.
- Schedules operate Monday through Saturday with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibilities.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads involve 70% drop-and-hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times.
- Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for streamlined operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week based on hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
- Base pay rates of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35, with the potential for dedicated drivers to achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly.
- Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
