Azure DevOps Consultant Job Purpose: To contribute to the success of the consulting practice primarily by generating revenue and delivering successful, profitable projects as a project lead or a key member of a project team; and indirectly by supporting sales activities and identifying and driving service improvements and new service offerings. Main Duties Work with Architect to define and validate architecture of client solutions. Develop and implement solutions, either as team lead, member or working alone. Provide the technical components of sales proposals. Knowledge sharing – respond to queries, mentor and deliver internal workshops and whitepapers. Lead projects with responsibility for delivery, including project management of small teams and own engagements. Develop new service offerings, tools, techniques, procedures and policies. Technical Requirements More than 5 years as a DevOps engineer. More than 3 years hands‑on experience with Azure IaaS/PaaS, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Terraform and Helm. Experience running enterprise‑grade microservices applications within AKS. Bring in continuous deployment practices to enhance Agile posture. Write Infrastructure as Code using industry standard tools. Design and implement continuous delivery pipelines for client test and production environments. Provide systems support including monitoring alerts. Implement and stay abreast of Cloud and DevOps best practices. Work with developers to automate provisioning of Azure resources. CI/CD infrastructure and process troubleshooting. Hands‑on experience with Docker, Azure Container Registry and Kubernetes. Expertise in debugging, logging and monitoring solutions on Azure. Excellent communication and coding abilities. Proficient with Git, Azure DevOps and/or GitHub. Strong expertise in DevSecOps concepts on Azure DevOps, Pipelines, GitHub Actions. Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes containerization. Ability to assess requirements and suggest right tools. Excellent communication, presentation and coding abilities. Certifications Preferred Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ‑500) HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) Identity & Security Consultant Job Purpose: To implement identity security projects, support the Identity Architect and engage customers to clarify requirements, present technical options and negotiate trade‑offs. Main Duties Work with Architect to define and validate architecture of client solutions. Develop and implement solutions as team lead, member or alone. Provide technical components for sales proposals. Project manage own and small teams – deliver on time and on budget, manage client expectations, produce status reports, and update project plans. Deliver workshops, whitepapers and mentoring. Develop new service offerings, tools, techniques and procedures. Technical Skills Senior level experience with Identity Management Systems: NetIQ, SailPoint, Saviynt architecture and feature sets. Proficient in Microsoft identity solutions: Azure AD Connect, Azure AD, MS Online, MFA, SSPR, PIM, security, SSO (OpenID and SAML). Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager, advanced agent types, synchronization, and Microsoft Entra ID. Familiar with Graph/Rest API and PowerShell scripting. PKI design – MS certificate creation/CA support. Experience with Azure AD Connect implementation and support. Active Directory migration experience, including OU and attribute management. Advanced threat analytics familiarity. Solid understanding of MIM workflow, service portal, synchronization rules, ITSM integrations. General troubleshooting of MIM, IIS, SQL, and Windows Server.
