Shift: Overnight (Night Audit Shift) Responsibilities:
- Perform overnight front desk operations
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during late hours
- Balance daily transactions and complete audit reports
- Ensure accuracy of all hotel revenue and records
- Assist guests with any overnight needs or requests
- Maintain security and safety of the property overnight
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working overnight hours
- Basic math and computer skills required
- Hotel experience preferred but not required
