Key Responsibilities for the Recruiter: Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions across various departments. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and execute recruiting strategies. Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain recruiting activity within ATS, CRM, and HRIS platforms while ensuring data accuracy. Track recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring outcomes. Coordinate pre-employment activities, offer administration, and onboarding transitions. Qualifications for the Recruiter: 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience utilizing ATS, CRM, and HRIS platforms for recruiting and onboarding. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring priorities simultaneously.
