Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) in Wichita, Kansas. This travel position involves providing specialized care in the delivery room environment, supporting high-acuity obstetric patients. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Wichita, Kansas
• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 06/29/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; minimum 1-year current acute care hospital labor and delivery RN experience; certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM-C or AWHONN); familiarity with Meditech electronic medical records and CPN monitors
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with circulating Cesarean sections and high-risk Labor and Delivery procedures
• Additional Information: The unit utilizes a self-scheduling system, promoting staff satisfaction. The team is supported by strong leadership, with many nurses having 20-40 years of experience. The facility recently introduced a new OB hospitalist program to enhance patient care and staff support.
