Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan Conduct patient assessments, routine exams, wellness visits, and chronic disease management Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop individualized treatment plans Prescribe and manage medications per evidence‑based guidelines Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and health maintenance Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team across multiple clinic locations Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Support quality improvement and population health initiatives Qualifications Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (required) New graduates welcome Outpatient primary care experience preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Schedule & Compensation Base salary up to $120,000 | Realistic OTE $165,000 Quality incentive bonus model Full-time | Five 8‑hour shifts | Monday–Friday Outpatient only | Six clinic locations across Emerald Coast Immediate hire #J-18808-Ljbffr NPHire
