Senior Real Estate Paralegal

A bit about us:

A boutique transactional law practice is seeking a Senior Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy commercial real estate practice.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting commercial real estate transactions and be comfortable managing files, coordinating closings, tracking deadlines, and working directly with attorneys, clients, title companies, lenders, brokers, and other transaction professionals.

Job Details

5+ years of real estate paralegal experience preferred
Strong commercial real estate experience
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and closings
Strong understanding of title, surveys, due diligence, and closing processes
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and anticipate attorney needs
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology
