About The Role Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Sugar Notch, PA (On-Site) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Pay: $18.92/hr + $500 bonus Wren Kitchens is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Sugar Notch team. This in-office role is responsible for supporting customers throughout their kitchen journey by resolving inquiries, coordinating solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email Resolve order-related concerns, including delivery, product, and installation questions Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and showroom teams to ensure timely solutions Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when handling escalations Process replacements, service requests, and follow-ups as needed Ensure all customer interactions reflect Wren Kitchens’ commitment to quality and service Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, call center, retail, or administrative support Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or home improvement industries is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends) Career growth opportunities within a growing international company Supportive team environment Comprehensive training #J-18808-Ljbffr Wren Kitchens
