Role Overview The Registered Nurse in this role provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a progressive care setting. They collaborate with medical providers to deliver pre-operative and post-operative nursing, serving as patient advocates to ensure excellent experiences. Key Responsibilities Assess patient conditions upon admission and throughout shifts, reporting changes. Perform procedures and administer medications as ordered, monitoring responses. Document care accurately and timely in medical records. Maintain knowledge of relevant medications, procedures, and equipment for cardiac and medical-surgical patients. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse licensure. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications obtained within 30 days of employment.
