What You'll Do

As a Business Development & Leadership professional, you'll help drive growth while developing and mentoring a high-performing team.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Identify and develop new business and market-growth opportunities.

• Build strategic relationships with professionals, business owners, and prospective partners.

• Recruit, onboard, and develop motivated professionals.

• Identify emerging leaders and help them develop their skills.

• Conduct virtual business presentations and consultations.

• Mentor team members and provide ongoing coaching and support.

• Implement proven systems and processes to improve team performance.

• Collaborate with experienced leaders to execute business-growth strategies.

• Help expand market presence through networking, referrals, and relationship development.

• Participate in leadership development and organizational-growth initiatives.
