Centralized Service Representative

Providing essential telephone and digital support for patients and provider offices, the full-time Centralized Service Representative will manage appointment scheduling, patient account creation, and insurance verification while adhering to established protocols in a patient access services environment. Key responsibilities: Accurately create or locate patient accounts and collect necessary demographics and insurance information Process and route patient telephone calls, ensuring efficient scheduling across multiple service lines and specialties Communicate effectively with patients and providers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional manner Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED Minimum one (1) year of paid customer service work experience Experience in a healthcare setting or call center is preferred Intermediate ability in computer applications, including electronic medical records and MS Office Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently
