Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) – Lynnwood, WA

Quick 2 Hire is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) for a 13-week contract at a Primary Care Outpatient Clinic in Lynnwood, WA.

Job Details

• Location: Lynnwood, WA
• Pay: $30/hour
• Estimated Weekly Gross: $1,140/week based on 38 hours
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: October 12, 2026
• Schedule: 4 days/week, approximately 9.5 hours/day
• Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
• Shift: Day shift
• Weekends: No
• On-Call: No
• Travel Experience: Not required
• Local candidates: Accepted at the same rate
  

Requirements

• MA-C certification is REQUIRED
• MA-R, MA-P, and MA-HT candidates are not eligible
• Minimum 6 months of MA-C experience
• Outpatient clinic experience preferred
• Adult and/or pediatric experience preferred
• Cardiology experience preferred
• BLS required
• Epic experience preferred
• Must have reliable personal transportation; public transportation is not accepted
  

Responsibilities

The Medical Assistant will support a primary care outpatient clinic with duties including:

• Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs
• Recording patient history, medications, and allergies
• Administering injections and immunizations
• Medication administration
• Specimen collection and laboratory testing
• Urinalysis, strep testing, pregnancy testing and blood glucose testing
• EKG/ECG and pulse oximetry
• Follow-up calls and pharmacy/refill requests
• Scheduling appointments
• Insurance verification and authorization forms
• Preparing patients and assisting with procedures
• Dressing changes, wound care and suture removal
• Maintaining exam rooms and stocking supplies

• Patient Population: Infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics
• First-time travelers: Accepted
• Floating: May be required for staffing coverage at nearby Canyon Park or Woodinville clinics after the first few weeks.
