Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive health screenings, annual wellness visits, and routine physical examinations
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving patient outcomes
• Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic treatments in accordance with California regulations
• Educate patients on preventive health, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators to deliver high-quality patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals

Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA registration
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• Experience in outpatient primary care or community health
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
