Offer extended service contracts and protection programs to customers; utilize the menu‑selling process. Ensure documentation for each deal is completed using a deal checklist. Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards. Work closely with the sales team. Follow all company processes. Ensure all activities comply with organizational guidelines and applicable local, state and federal regulations. Oversee completion and submission of all financing documents. Act as liaison between the customer and the lending institution. Reinforce company policies, adhere to reporting requirements. Attend weekly manager meetings. Qualifications & Requirements Previous Finance Manager experience. Documented $1,800+ PVR and 200% product penetration producer. Experience with DocuPad or similar systems (plus). Reynolds & Reynolds experience helpful. Three current references (excluding friends or family). At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Successful drug and background check.
