Speech Language Pathologist

Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support student success within a dynamic Elementary school setting. This contract position runs from August 11, 2026, through May 21, 2027, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success throughout the school year. Qualifications Valid Speech-Language Pathology license required SLP-CCC preferred; SLP-CFY candidates are encouraged to apply Previous school-based experience highly preferred Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy services for school-aged children Strong collaboration skills with educators, administrators, and families Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment Responsibilities Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals Provide direct speech-language therapy services based on student needs Collaborate with teachers and support staff to enhance classroom success Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and compliance records Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for students' communication needs Partner with families by providing resources, updates, and support strategies This position places you at the center of a supportive school community, where your expertise can help students develop the communication skills necessary for academic and social success.
