State Tested Nurse Aide

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) to join our team at Shelby Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Sidney, Ohio. As part of our mission to provide individualized, compassionate, and innovative healthcare services, we are looking for a skilled and empathetic individual to help us fulfill our commitment to delivering exceptional care to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support medical procedures and treatments under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
