Job Title Van Pool Transportation LLC – School Van Driver (Part‑Time) – Fitchburg, MA Pay & Schedule Pay: $23.70 per hour. Paid training: $20 per hour. Schedule: Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM) weekdays only – no nights, weekends or holidays. Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours. Assist students entering and exiting vehicle and use specialized safety equipment such as belts, car seats, booster seats. Drive assigned routes. Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections. Maintain a clean and safe vehicle. Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff. Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies. Requirements School Pupil Transport (7D) Certificate (or willingness to obtain; we train). Safe driving record. Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience. Ability to pass background check, drug screening and 7D physical. Effective communication in English (spoken and written).
