Parts ManagerSchedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PMPay: $20–$30 / hourAt Adventure Tours, every charter, shuttle, and scheduled trip depends on a fleet that's ready to go — and that starts with the right part, in the right place, at the right time. We're looking for a highly organized, dependable Parts Manager who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You'll be the go-to resource for our technicians, the person who knows exactly what's on the shelf, and a big reason our coaches get back on the road fast.What You'll DoOwn the parts room — manage daily inventory and keep stock levels right where they need to be.Order parts, supplies, and equipment from our approved vendors.Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments so everything has a home.Track inventory usage and keep records sharp and up to date.Partner with our technicians and maintenance team so the parts they need are ready when they need them.Hunt down smart buys — research and source cost-effective parts and materials.Build strong supplier relationships and keep an eye on vendor performance.Process purchase orders, invoices, and related paperwork.Keep the parts room and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.Pitch in on inventory audits and reporting as needed.What You BringExperience in parts management, inventory control, or fleet maintenance (preferred).Familiarity with motorcoach, commercial vehicle, truck, or automotive parts is a big plus.A natural organizer with strong time-management skills.Comfort with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse/shop environment.Excellent communication skills and a team-first, service-minded attitude.High school diploma or equivalent.What's In It For YouCompetitive pay — $20–$30/hr based on experienceWeekends off — a steady Monday–Friday scheduleRoom to grow with a growing transportation companyA supportive team that has your backFull-time RewardsHealth, dental & vision insurance401(k) retirement plan401(k) company matchPaid time off & holidaysAbout Adventure ToursAdventure Tours is a premier transportation company providing charter, shuttle, and scheduled transportation services throughout the region.
