The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of experience in signal and power integrity, with hands-on expertise in simulation tools like Hspice, Cadence, and HFSS. The role involves working with advanced packaging technologies, PCB design, and power delivery systems. Additional experience with die capacitors, SOC power, and 3D/2.5D EMIR simulation tools would be valuable. The position offers direct impact on product quality through innovative solutions for complex signal integrity challenges, requiring both technical depth and cross-functional collaboration skills. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
