Concrete Repair Foreman in Training

Position Overview Baird Foundation Repair is seeking a reliable and precise Concrete Repair Foreman in Training to support the installation of concrete repair systems that protect the safety and stability of our customers. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who values structure, craftsmanship, and long‑term career growth in a construction trade. Working under the direction of a Field Supervisor, you’ll assist with job site setup, tool and material preparation, and ensure equipment is properly loaded and organized for each project. You’ll follow established processes to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment while gaining valuable field experience and training within an industry‑leading team. With our Pay Per Job Bonus Structure, many team members earn $32–$40/hour or more. The harder you work, the more you earn. Ability to do physically demanding labor (digging, carrying, lifting, crawling, climbing, kneeling).
