Job Description Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Design and implement innovative software solutions that meet client requirements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. Participate in code reviews to maintain high‑quality standards and share knowledge. Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to enhance software development processes. Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days/week onsite in client location in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX.
