This person exhibits an advanced understanding of transformation programs, client's business processes and risks. This person recognizes and works to mitigate areas of potential technical or high-risk engagement issues. Serving as both a role model and trainer, the Senior Manager demonstrates the attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in finding the right resources to develop technical and professional competency. Relationships with client personnel and professional associates are strong as the ability to communicate, gain trust and network is consistently demonstrated. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.$137,000.00 - $219,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.14%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.$156,180.00 - $249,660.00Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability.
