Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU'LL DO

•The expeditor will help manage the efficient flow of orders from the servers to the culinary team
•Ensure orders are being prepared and quickly assembled by communicating to the culinary team across the line
•Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature
•Communicate any essential information between the kitchen and the front of house staff such as special requests or dietary needs
•Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

•The expeditor will be able to adapt and work as part of a team
•Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments but remain calm under pressure
•One year experience in a fast-paced restaurant needed
•High School diploma or equivalent preferred
•Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time
