Inventory Control Specialist

To manage a territory that includes Austin, TX, the full-time Inventory Control Specialist will provide outstanding customer service through timely delivery, accurate inventory audits, and professional interactions while working independently. Key responsibilities Complete assigned delivery work, including driving a company vehicle and ensuring safe return home Manage sorting, cycle counts, and delivery of inventory per established customer guidelines Build and maintain customer relationships to inspire loyalty and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements Required qualifications At least 1 year of inventory management experience in a delivery, retail, or warehouse-related role At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role Smartphone proficiency for inventory management and scheduling tasks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
