Process refund checks, NIL collection invoices, OSFA invoices, and related financial documents. Track monthly invoice submissions, postage usage, and ECSI-related invoices. Maintain spreadsheets and support NIL Promissory Note manifest processing. Review and track documentation for institutional eligibility for state financial aid programs. Assist with mailings, scanning, supply ordering, and document management. Respond professionally to calls from students and families. Coordinate with internal DHE work units and OSFA staff. Provide administrative, meeting-planning, and special project support. Maintain accurate records while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulations. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
