Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Night Shift

Schedule

Night shift from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for night shifts. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the night. This position requires flexibility, as agency staff do not have guaranteed hours and may be assigned to different units or care sites based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and provide treatment as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient health status and vital signs.
• Assist patients with daily activities and personal care.
• Communicate patient concerns and changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid LPN license.
• Completion of a practical nursing program.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
