Job Summary:
Provide advanced speech therapy services to patients, assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Ensure optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing capabilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Implement therapy sessions to improve communication and swallowing skills.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to support ongoing therapy.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid State License as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Possess a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Have prior experience working with diverse patient populations preferred.
• Be able to commit to a 36-hour guaranteed work schedule.
