Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specialized in Med Surg to join a dynamic team in Martinsburg, WV. This travel assignment offers a unique opportunity to work within a specialized MedSurg Ortho/Neuro unit, equipped with advanced medical facilities and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide comprehensive care to patients within a 21-bed unit, including private and semi-private rooms
• Utilize EPIC EMR for all charting and documentation
• Work collaboratively with the Charge Nurse and other staff to manage patient admissions and discharges
• Participate in the unit's weekend and holiday rotation schedule, as needed
• Utilize basic arrhythmia knowledge and recognize fatal rhythms
• Administer Heparin and Protonix IV drips
• Float to other MedSurg units as required, excluding ED and Behavioral Health

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Valid RN license
• BLS (AHA) certification
• NIHSS certification
• Previous experience in Med Surg or similar acute care setting
