Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview State Farm Insurance Agent located in Sacramento, CA is seeking an outgoing, career‑oriented professional to join the team. The role involves building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Compensation Starting $30,000 plus annual base salary with additional commission, bonus, and benefits. Requirements Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening People‑oriented with strong organizational and detail‑oriented skills Proactive problem‑solving ability and dedication to customer service Ability to work in a team environment Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Associate’s degree or higher preferred This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
