Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring an I&E Technician for a company in Midland, TX. We are seeking dependable and experienced candidates with strong electrical and instrumentation knowledge in an industrial or oilfield environment.

Pay

• $21-$22/HR DOE

Job Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain instrumentation and electrical systems
• Calibrate transmitters, flow meters, pressure devices, temperature devices, and control valves
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment
• Read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, loop drawings, and wiring diagrams
• Troubleshoot PLCs, SCADA systems, VFDs, and motor controls
• Maintain and repair motors, breakers, relays, lighting systems, and electrical panels
• Assist with commissioning and startup of equipment and facilities
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards
• Respond to call-outs and emergency repairs as needed

Qualifications

• Previous I&E or industrial electrical experience preferred
• Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, and instrumentation equipment
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license preferred
