We’re looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Healthcare Accountant to join our growing healthcare organization in Las Vegas, Nevada . ???? What You'll Be Responsible For

You’ll play an important role in keeping our financial operations accurate, organized, and strategically aligned with our growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.

• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and financial planning .

• Monitor spending and provide meaningful budget and variance analysis.

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.

• Provide leadership with financial insights, trends, and recommendations.

• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals.

• Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, controls, and processes .

• Help strengthen accounting procedures and operational efficiencies.

• Maintain the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance .

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the numbers and confidently communicate what they mean to the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
  
  
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks — required.
  
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel .

• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.

• Healthcare accounting experience is a plus .

• CPA or currently on a CPA track is preferred, but not required.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership.

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to provide financial recommendations.
