The VA Digital Navigator supports veterans by providing personalized assistance with digital technology and access to online resources. This role bridges the gap between veterans and digital services, helping them overcome technology challenges and navigate digital tools efficiently. The position involves client interaction, coordination with community resources, and data management to enhance veterans' digital accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with digital technology usage and issues
- Provide technology instruction tailored to veteran needs
- Coordinate access to community and digital resources
- Support clients in gaining digital access and overcoming barriers
- Resolve technology-related problems promptly
- Engage in community outreach to raise awareness of digital services
- Track data related to client interactions and service outcomes
- Collect feedback to improve digital support programs
- Support training initiatives for digital literacy
- Maintain documentation of processes and client assistance
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year experience in project management, public relations, writing, or marketing content creation
- Strong digital literacy and customer service skills
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and technical support abilities
- Experience with data entry, time management, and adaptability
- Familiarity with production management (hybrid roles) and project management principles
- Background as executive assistants supporting talent or family envoys
- Experience in professional development coaching in one-on-one settings
