Days: 4 days, 10 hour shifts, or rotating schedule of 8-hour shifts including weekends.

Job Description

The Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services within an inpatient acute care setting, focusing on patient evaluations, treatment planning, and therapy interventions. The role requires collaboration with a team of therapy providers and adherence to unit policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to aid in recovery and functional improvement.
• Document patient progress accurately in the EMR system (EPIC).
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Occupational Therapy Certification is required.
• Acute care experience is mandatory.
