Locum - Physician - Interventional Cardiology, O'Fallon, IL

Minimum Board Certification: Eligible
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 90 Days
What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in IL only
Looking for an interventional cardiologist to assist with call to cover a total of 2
weeks per month for June, July, August, and September. We can be flexible on which weeks we take for
each month. Any candidates will need to have an IL license as well as a clean background (no malpractice
and no NPBD reports).
With any bids, please submit the following:
- Competed NPDB request form (included in the documents section of the request)
- Completed risk questions (included in the documents section of the request)
- Availability for a phone interview with the O'Fallon Cardiology Medical Director
- Availability for call coverage
