This is a 100% remote position that also provides support and quotes for retail agents as needed. The role offers a starting annual salary of $40,000, with uncapped commissions paid out monthly, and on-target earnings ranging from $65,000 to $90,000+ annually./ph3Core Responsibilities/duties will include but are not limited to the following:/h3ulliGain working knowledge and understanding of various carriers programs and websites necessary to update and produce customer/liliPrepare and process quotes for potential customers, online quote requests, dealers, and lenders and provide support and quotes for Retail Sales agents, as/liliAssist with agent calls and WebQuoter questions, as/liliComplete outbound prospect calls and manage lead funnel required to sell all personal lines/liliResponsible for monthly quoting activity and minimum monthly sales/liliAble to maintain an effective sales funnel in CRM/liliProvide quotes to Spanish speaking callers using the language/liliFollow up with customers regarding signed applications, payments and additional documents needed for current and/or future policies as/liliReview appraisals, specification sheets for value and/liliVerify signed applications, confirm, and process payments as required to bind and issue/liliPrepare documents for mortgage closings and prepare escrowed premium billing to/liliProvide routing instructions to ensure all issued policies are delivered to the correct department and scan and tag documents into the document imaging system, as/liliIssue service contracts submitted by Independent Retail/liliAny additional duties as assigned by/li/ulh3Required job skills:/h3ulliHigh school diploma or/liliCurrent Property Casualty license/liliMinimum of (1) year of customer service experience in insurance, financial services and/or relevant direct customer/liliMinimum of (6) months insurance sales experience in the personal lines property and casualty insurance sector./liliExcellent phone, Internet and communication skills and critical thinking ability and good math/liliGood organizational skills with ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced/li/ulh3Work Environment and Physical Demand with reasonable accommodations:/h3ulliMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and be able to operate a computer or other office productivity machinery on a constant/liliFrequently required to communicate with co-workers and policy holders with the ability to exchange accurate information, as/liliOccasionally required to move about the office, ascend/descend stairs or a ladder or position self to maintain computers at workstation, including under the desk or other low/liliOccasionally required to move and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20/liliNoise level in the work environment is usually/li/ululliPosition may require temporary remote work based on business needs and is at the sole discretion of the company.
