Job Description

The Phlebotomist is responsible for performing specimen collection on patients of all ages in accordance with physician orders, facility policy, and regulatory standards. The primary duty is to ensure accurate patient identification and safe, professional blood collection while maintaining specimen integrity and chain of custody. This role is critical to patient safety and diagnostic accuracy.
