Job Details Base Pay $25,000.00 / Year Employee Type Part-Time Exempt Required Degree High school Travel 20% Manage Others Yes Position Summary We are hiring a reliable and motivated Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our Jacksonville Florida dispensary. The ideal candidate will assist in leading the team, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance, and delivering excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership position in the cannabis industry. Key Responsibilities Support the Dispensary Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff Ensure compliance with all Florida cannabis laws and regulations. Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching new team members. Monitor inventory levels and assist with tracking, restocking, and reporting. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve patient issues professionally. Enforce cash handling procedures and assist with daily reconciliations. Help maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming dispensary environment. Act as the shift lead when the manager is off duty. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to assist patients effectively. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in retail, cannabis, or a regulated industry preferred. Prior leadership or shift supervisor experience is a plus. Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems (e.g. METRC, BioTrack, LeafLogix). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
