Summary Acts as a performance-driven salesperson on the boutique sales floor, consistently achieving sales targets while delivering memorable client experiences and building long-term relationships. Supports boutique operations and collaborates with team members, applying omnichannel clienteling and brand storytelling. Responsibilities Drive sales and achieve individual KPIs through proactive client discovery, product presentation, upselling, and closing. Develop and maintain long‑lasting client relationships through outreach, appointments, and qualified clienteling activities. Promote brand DNA and product storytelling in person and at events to grow business. Support daily store operations including inventory, cash handling, security, opening and closing procedures. Use retail tools (CEGID, Salesforce) and perform visual merchandising and window animation. Coordinate aftersales processes and ensure compliance with internal control and retail procedures. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail. Knowledge of and passion for watches, lifestyle trends, and related technologies. Fluent in English plus the local language; additional languages a plus. Proven selling skills and understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs. Familiarity with digital retail tools and front/back office systems.
